James Beard really sums it up when he talks about food being universal. It transcends language, religion and politics. While we may experience it differently and be influenced in the way we eat based on religion, geography and so forth, one thing remains the same…we all need food. It is that simple connection that has inspired me to embrace this new blog experience and celebrate my base connection to others…food.
